ffective communication is vital on all projects. We rely on the initial meetings to talk through your requirements and vision for the project on hand. The more open the line of communication the more quickly and effectively important questions can be answered. These meetings will also enable us to get a feel for the type of solution we might consider applying.

1. Planning - When we have the end-users “wish list” we set off to plan the site architecture i.e. how the site will fit together and what technologies best suit your requirements. Once completed, this is used for preparing the proposal and project plan.

2. Proposal - The proposal is compiled, based on the information gathered in the initial meetings and using the site architecture. We will arrive at a given proposal at a fixed price. A time frame for the project will also be indicated at this stage.

3. Development - Acceptance of the proposal by the customer initiates the first of a series of events: concept development, technology development (programming), copy input or product population. Ultimately the best sites are the ones who have a succinct synergy between looking good and also doing what the user expects them to do quickly, reliably and easily.

4. Testing - A critical aspect of any e-business solution provision is the testing phase. Extensive testing to ensure the systems are able to deliver according to demand & specification are critical. All projects undergo extensive testing and QA (Quality Assurance) before delivery. The application is tested on development platforms and is officially signed off by the client.

5. Launch - Launch dates for new or updated projects are time-critical and we make every effort to work with our clients to achieve pre-determined launch date targets.

6. Support - Life after Launch …. The project is completed, delivered, up and running effectively and efficiently… now you need to address issues such as staff training for the new systems, maintenance of domain names, site hosting issues etc.
